My brother in law is a PR holder and he is not on good terms with my wife. As a result, we don't want to claim sibling points for our CRS score.
However, if we put in 'Yes' and claim 15 points and somehow get selected for ITA and are on the cutoff line and later we put in an LOE claiming we don't want to claim, that will be a problem as our points will be lower than the cutoff.
Also, if we put in 'No' for the sibling in our EE profile, it may be considered a misrepresentation and can again cause a problem.
