Do you know anyone who started their claim in Winnipeg?
According to the process, there is eligibility interview in person involved, but since IRCC office in Winnipeg is working only by appointments, do you have to travel physically to another province Ontario) to proceed with your claim? Like passport seizure etc
Or the office in Winnipeg is actually working and all the necessary in person activity, including receiving the work permit could be done while being in Manitoba?
I am starting this thread only because I see replies and timelines from people in Ontario and Quebec, where IRCC offices work full time.
What about the prairie offices?
Maybe it is a mistake to start claim in province outside Toronto?
