Claim against ECA result- ''Bachelor degree (4 years) & Bachelor of Education'

Hi,

My wife recently got her ECA result from WES as follows:-

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Bachelor's degree (four years) and Bachelor of Education

I would like to know whether she can claim points against '' Two or more certificates/diplomas/degrees''.

Also, after having prepared the Express entry and transmitting it,can it be edited afterwards? My wife has been trying to do so but there is no change in the total scores as shown on the profile..Does it mean that her profile can not be edited or will it take some time to update the changes?

Pls advise as we are stuck in the process..

She can choose '2 or more...' option. Score update can take up to 24 hours after profile update.

While making the update,she has chosen ''Two or more certificates/diplomas/degrees'' against each of the degrees shown in her profile. I hope that her points should be updated based on this.

Also, I had received an ECA report as below:-
