claim 50 points in EE with LMIA

Anyone can answer my case, my csr in EE will accumulate enough points this September to get ITA with the help of LMIA. I am confused if I still can claim the 50 points at that time because my LMIA will expire in August. Thank you!

The LMIA is valid for 6 months. In this 6 months you should apply for a work permit ( kind of extending the validity of LMIA).
Otherwise you can not claim points with expired LMIA. Only if you already have a work permit based on that LMIA.
