Civil / Military service

Hi all

My spouse served civil army in a Hospital/Health institution as personal choice of Military service in our country.
On the page with the data we should add there, are fields like Military rank, Name of the military service, Name of commanding officer, etc.
We don't know what should we enter, because it's not relevant to serving in hospital?

Should we add N/A for those questions?
or maybe
We don't have to mention civil service as Military activity?

If your spouse was a civilian, working in a hospital (regardless of it being a military or civilian hospital) then it's not military service.
On the other hand, if it was any form of military service, your spouse would have been issued with military papers that contain rank etc...
