I have a bachelor of civil engineering science from Iraq and master of engineering science (civil) from Australia.

Could you please let me know how to assess my qualifications and which organisation I have to go thru? processing time? what I need to submit?

Try the WES folks here in Toronto They take about 20 business days or one month to do it.

You have to get the Education Credential Evaluation done by WORLD EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. WES Report is only accepted.

Go to WES website, you will find the information there.
