My husbands COPR just came in the mail we applied out of country. and we were wondering if we have to go to the city of destination or can we go straight to another province and live?

As this is a Spousal Sponsorship, you can go wherever you want. However, if you didn't apply under the Québec system, don't imply that you are going to settle there during the landing process.
