Citizenshp Query - US Travel record

I am hoping somebody can help me. - Leon or somebody knowledgeable please help.
I had citizenship test in September 2011 and I got query - I guess because I got my US Green Card after I filed my citizenship application but before citizenship test. I filed my application in October 2010 and got my US green card in Feb 2011. I have never visited US before getting my US green card. (I moved back to Canada in December 2011 for personal and medical reasons.)

They asked me to provide US travel record (big surprise since the interviewer very well knew that I do not have any US Visa other than US Green Card stamp in my passport) and Canadian travel record for the periods between Dec 2006 and Dec 2011 (surprise again since Dec 2011 was in the future when she gave me query) along with other documents.

I received my US travel record. CIC asked records from Dec 2006 to Dec 2011 and the travel record is till date - June 2012. I need your advice - what we should submit to CIC? Only records from Dec 2006 to Dec 2011 or the entire bundle we received from US travel record? I would rather not submit the entire bundle - since there are lot of entry and exits after I got my US green card since we were visiting Canada almost every other weekends (by land) and vice versa after we moved back to Canada we were visiting US at almost same frequency. The US travel record has also mentioned my medical condition since I have applied for US Re-entry permit. If I only submit the pages of travel records between Dec 2006 and Dec 2011 then there is no mention about my US Re-entry permit application or anything about my medical condition.

Let me know what I should do as I am very nervous now that the medical part is on record on the US side and that my Canadian PR renewal and my Canadian Citizenship may be in trouble.

Thanks

Nothing surprising here. You got a RQ, and it's expected if you have a green card. We can't advise you unless we know the details of your case. I can't understand what the f--k you're talking about above. Why don't you just move to the US permanently and forget about CA CIT? Be true to yourself. We have enough people leeching off tax payers here. For more info on RQ, go to read this thread at another forum: http://immigration.ca/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=19&title=rq-discussions

It is possible for some people to have dual citizenship and use other passports. So the CIC officers are just being safe rather than sorry later.

Technically 4 year period mentioned in the citizenship application. But once it reaches RQ stage, it might be better to submit as complete as possible. And I guess it depends on how the Travel Record is. For example if the Travel Record mentions Page 1 of 6 and you end up submitting only 4 pages. You don't want to make CIC officers suspicious that you are trying to hide something. IMO, it is better to show everything as it is then to try to hide something and get caught. I may be wrong but I don't think a medical condition would affect a citizenship application.

Ajslp,
I appreciate for your insight.
Here is what I have received - a cover letter that mentions that the report has 54 pages. Now out of these 54 pages there are only 17 pages (Page heading is TECSII - PRIMARY QUERY HISTORY PASSENGER ACTIVITY - this includes all my entry and exit into / from US by land and air) I believe that are of importance or that is what is requested by CIC. Other pages are titled as follows -
1) ATS-PNR - My Air travel details from US.
2) IO95 Inspection Results - Hardly any information in these pages.
3) IO95 Inspection Comments - I would not like to submit this.
4) Land Border Secondary Inspection - Hardly any information in these pages.
5) Secondary Disposition Selection List - Hardly any information in these pages.
6) TECS II - Person Subject Display - Hardly any information in these pages.
7) TECSII - PRIMARY QUERY HISTORY PASSENGER ACTIVITY - All details of entry into US by land and entry and exit from US by Air. Do not have any problem in submitting this.

Can I only submit TECSII - PRIMARY QUERY HISTORY PASSENGER ACTIVITY to CIC or do I have to submit the entire bundle from US Customs and Border Protection FOIA Division?

Thanks

Cocosysr,
Forgot your meds today huh! I understand your frustration with leechers but stop assuming that everybody in Canada is here to leech the Canadian Government. I must have paid more taxes since I immigrated to Canada than you and your family combined and that too without taking a single dime of benefits from the government till I had this medical issue. I probably paid for your kids school district since I do not have my own kids yet to take advantage of it. Just get off your high horse and contribute a solution to some one's query otherwise just shut up.

I guess I should stop now before somebody gives me advice to take my meds :).

Happy Canada Day.

You suddenly need your Canadian citizenship now that you have "this medical issue" to take care of and need your medication! Whenever you have a medical issue, you'll cross the border. If you have no intention of making Canada your permanent home, what's the point of getting citizenship? It's obvious you want to take advantage of Canadian health care. Be a man and move to the US. You don't need Canada.

@Canada1234567 IMO Just submit all documents till date,,,, there is no point not showing the available papers, they do have access to US reports them selves(they can double check)in case there is a flag on applicant file, just be truthful..i have seen applicants who have US green card and still got their Canadian citizenship..its not prohibited in law....But its good to decide and select one between two countries as home...i wish you speedy recovery and good health :)...

Like I said before, if I were a CIC officer, I would be suspicious if some pages were missing and I don't receive the complete report when specifically asked for it. But what do I know. I am not a CIC officer. The only way to find that is ask CIC. The problem is trying to contact a right person to get an answer might not be that straightforward. Another option is to send what you wish to send with some explanation. The drawback is it might further delay your application if they are not satisfied.

Or wait for somebody with similar situation sharing their experiences. I don't think I have ever read about similar issues on forums so far.
