Hi everyone, i currently live in Calgary but i applied for PR through the Quebec Skilled workers program. I wish to know if it is possible for me to remain here and not move to Quebec after i got my PR? Would it compromised my application for citizenship when i will apply for it even if i stay the required number of years?

It won't compromise citizenship but you may have issues getting PR approved.

If you qualify for PR through another program I would withdraw the Quebec application and reapply. Agree with @scylla that living outside Quebec and not wanting to move to Quebec is likely going to be a problem. There have been some anecdotal reports about people leaving a province soon after landing so Canada there may be more scrutiny than there used to be. I think this is more of a concern for smaller provinces.
