Citizenship First Application Filed March 2010
Test Feb2013- RQ at the time of test and officer told me that its better to withdraw and apply when i have all supporting documents as I didnt work and didnt had much documents.
Though I have submitted the documents and RQ but later on I have withdrawn the Application in June 2013
Again applied in Jan 2014 recieved RQ in May 2014 eventhough I have sent all the documents with my application, recieved Test Date on 12 Aug 2014- Passed the test 20/20. Today the officer checked the documents and everything went ok all of a sudden she was confused and told me that I will recieve a letter if they need anything else.
Please suggest what happens in worst cases and the timeline if i am called for a Judge interview.

1. You need to add detail to your post. What was the officer confused about? Stamps? Work history? Your travels? Submitted documents needing translation? Your presented ID? What? At the moment we could speculate all day.

2. What's your Local Office - this influences processing speed.

3. Get your GCMS notes via ATIP process they may show what concerns are present.

4. There was time when CIC put 'on hold' Pre-Test RQd applicants to prevent a test prior to RQ review but its obvious this isn't really the case as many Pre-Test RQd applicants are getting tested despite no one at CIC reviewing their RQ. CIC introduced Pre-Test RQs but this failure of the 'on hold' is pushing these into Post Test RQs. Depending on RQ response CIC can approve progress to oath (post August 1, 2014 implementation of no CJ needed for approval section of Bill C-24) or you have a long haul to see the CJ.

I don't see anything wrong with this case. You were interviewed and were told if they need anything else they'll let you know, where is the problem? They say the same thing to everybody else. what u mean bt was "confused"

You shouldn't withdraw if you didn't cheat the system and didn't have any problem regarding the application or requirements. Doing so made you look guilty, and would trigger all-out checking for future application. You should just follow their instruction and get a lawyer to fight back if the processing time has been longer than the posted or expected time, say 36 months. In the worst case scenario, you should have gotten your citizenship or being rejected by March 2013. You should get a lawyer by Fall 2012.
