Citizenship test letter and no on-line e-case notification?

Hello my friends,

I just received letter to appear for test, the odd thing is, I was checking every day (including now) and there is no trace of such notifications, the stranger is that I called CIC centre 2 days back and they never mention any thing about the test, how come?

who knows how their update system works. Relax, the important thing is that you got the physical paperwork necessary to attend the test. The problem would be if you saw it online but never received the letter.

You are right , but imagine if the letter was lost in the mail , do you know any similar cases ?

I read in this forum somebody called cic for getting information or any update and they told him his file is still in sydney and the week after that he got his test letter!

Which proves that most of the time CIC call center agents are absolutely incompetent.
Honestly, I think they just need to shut the call center down and enhance the online ecas system.
