Citizenship test and interview requirements specifically the PR Card

I currently have my scheduled test on December 10th, 2014 and is required to bring my PR card. I sent both my PR card renewal and Citizenship application at the same time and the PR card renewal hasn't even started (according to e-cas). The thing is, I also sent my original/expired PR card with the PR card renewal application. Can I still go to the citizenship test without bringing the PR card?

Do I have to ask CIC to postpone my test because of this? :'(

No need to postponed why you have sent the original PR along with your renewal
application. take the proof of your application submittal and they will verify
as PR copy already CIC have at time of your application..
