Hello All,

My wife has a PR status in Sept 12, 2012, she left Canada in August 2, 2013. She will return back on June 26, 2014.
My question can she live more than a year without losing the no of days (reside in Canada from Sept. 12, 2012 till August 02, 2013) to be count as a citizenship requirements?
or if she lives for 1095 days or 3 years in total of 5 years, will she able to apply for citizenship?

I suggest you read the multiple threads on this forum on the forthcoming citizenship changes which should be implemented by the time she is eligible to apply...3 out of 4 years is now going to be 4 out of 6....she may want to change her plans.
