Now the citizenship processing time is 25 months

by 2015 do you think it will go down ?

they said something about the budget ..

What is everyone's guess ?

I think it will go down. Number one reason is the requirement for the English/French language. I heard at least in the GTA a lot of LINC courses are oversubscribed and many people are on the wait lists. Also, the consent from applicants for CIC to access their CBSA records would help as well.
