Citizenship Photographs During Pandemic (Toronto Area)

I have some health issues and am looking for a studio/photographer in the Toronto area that could take the citizenship photos outside or in a well ventilated studio, has anyone found a photographer like this please?

I know a Chinese guy who takes passport photos in his garage. I remember he charges $20 for 4 photos. Is it okay for you?
