Citizenship online application - Unable to submit application error message

Hi All,

I am submitting my citizenship application online, as a single applicant i have attached all required documents and populated online form. The issue i am experiencing is on the last step when i am submitting application, when i click submit application it unable to submit application - contact us (link for ircc support). This has been going on for last few days.

I am not sure if there is a system bug that is not letting me submit my application or something else is going on!
Before submitting my application i review each and every section to mitigate chances of error on my end.

Please let me know if someone else has experienced same issue and how they have resolved it?

Make sure the files name that you upload don't include white space make the name short. Also, make sure the file sizes don't exceed what they specified.

I will remove space from the file names. I have already made sure that file don't exceed 4 MB (all files that I am uploading are less than 2 MB). After getting the error message, when I login into my application from another browser or another computer, I have to upload all files and populate multiple fields in application, seems like application is not saving any information that I enter even though I hit save after making any change in the application.
