Citizenship Interview Required but missing email/details

Hi Everyone,

I passed my citizenship test on July 26th and have not checked my cic account until today (since then since there's no update emails). It shows that I am required to attend an interview scheduled on Aug 24th and instructions will be sent to me. However, I have not received anything (nothing in junk mail either) so I have no idea what time the interview is and what they want me to prepare. it also shows my status was last updated on Aug 20th, does it mean the interview was only scheduled yesterday?

On cic website it also says if I do not receive the notice by the day of the interview, I can contact them via the help centre but there is no contact email or number.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal for them to send out notice on the day of interview? If it's not common, who can I contact? Today is Saturday so I can only get ahold of someone on Aug 23rd.. really worried about missing the interview out.

Send a web form and call them first thing in the morning on Monday.

Exactly the same here. Passed exam end of July.

Online saying that interview on Aug 24 too... Never received email.

Pls keep posted. So, we know what's going on.

i submitted a web form and am going to call them first thing tomorrow.

Everytime the online ECAS status updated two, three days before they send the notice.. like the test invitation

I'm in a similar situation as you. My IRCC tracker updated on Aug 20 asking me to appear for an interview on Aug 24 with further instructions to be sent via email. However, I haven't received any email yet. I submitted a query using the web form. I tried calling the help line but the line is too busy and was unable to get routed to a customer care agent. At this point, all I can do is wait for the email as there is no other information provided.

I also mailed them asking if there was to be an interview. They confirmed that all they wanted was the passport copy. No interview needed. Hope this helps

I also called IRCC this morning. They said the update on the tracker is most likely a glitch since the tracker is relatively new to them.

Hope this is helpful in case anyone else experiences similar situations

Hi There! Do you need anything translated on your passport? All they requested from me is the scanned passport and/or travel documents. Everything in my passport is in English except the immigration stamps. Do you know if those need to be translated individually?

Luckily I don't have anything that needs to be translated in my passport, so not sure about this one. Sorry about that
