I have not received any updates since my last interaction with an interviewer on August 9, 2023.
According to the information available on Canada.ca, the average processing time for Citizenship grant applications is 15 months. However, my application has now exceeded 21 months without any further communication.
As per the status tracker, the key milestones in my application history are as follows:
May 20, 2022: Application submitted online.
May 30, 2022: Application filed - Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR).
Nov 27, 2022: Fingerprints Required - Background verification.
Dec 19, 2022: Fingerprint results received.
Jan 16, 2023: Citizenship test completed.
Jun 19, 2023: Background verification completed.
Aug 9, 2023: Interview required .
Aug 9, 2023: Language skills completed, Aug 9, 2023: Prohibitions completed.

Any Advice ??!!!!

What have you done so far? Did you call them? Email the office? Contact your MP? What is your office? Is the only thing left physical presence? I would first call them and see if I can get any information, at the same time make a FREE (NOT THE 5 DOLLAR OPTION) ATIP request. If you can't get any usable info, then maybe contact your MP. If you wish, you can do all three at the same time but I feel like it might be too pushy. Also when you call them after 15 months, they say I'll send an email to your office about your application, so if they offer you that, I would wait a bit. If none of this works, maybe try filing a mandamus. AFAIK these are your only options.

Thank you.
Yes the only left is the physical.
I did not call them, I just sent a email through the IRCC webform last Monday.

Do you have some employment gaps? Also do you have many trips abroad? It is very strange, usually it is prohibitions that block the processing

because you don't have to pay for it. if you are making a data access request for your own information, then you make the request under privacy act which is free. why pay for the paid option? it doesn't provide anything more.
