I read on cic site that children have different requirements to become citizen of Canada. Could you please share the link what exact requirements for kids under 12 to become citizens?
Does anyone know what are the requirements for kids to become citizens?

Children under 18 can not apply for citizenship themselves. They have to be applied for by a parent who either is already a citizen or is applying for their own citizenship at the same time. Children under 18 do not have to take a citizenship test. Children under 14 do not have to attend the test or the oath ceremony. Children do not have to meet citizenship resident requirements.

just one more question, if my husband, who is Canadian, adopts them, will it make any difference, or they still need to wait for the time I will qualify?

If your husband legally adopts them, he can probably apply for their citizenship right away.
