Citizenship Filed in 5 Oct 2009.

I have applied for Citizenship in Sep 2009,
I got the Confirmation in Oct 2009,
I recieved the Books in June 2010,
My File has transfered to my nearest office in Sept 2010,
Since I am waiting............Status is IN PROCESS.

My question is that I ahve applied immigration for my Husband as
Spouse Sponsorship in sep 2010.
Will it effect on my Citizenship processing (delay Cause).

Please anyone help.

Hi mmuzaffar,
Spouse Sponsorship will not affect your Citizenship process. What's your local CIC office?

Scarbrough office.

Scarborough is generally a 3-4 month process for Testing, and another 3-4 months for oath, if everything is good with the file......try calling CIC Call Centre for an update, you should be hearing soon hopefully.

No, they even work over the weekend and you can get an update on Sunday! Is not it amazing ? Keep us posted bro.
