Citizenship Fee - Receipt - What information to fill

Hello,

Just paid the Citizenship application fee for family (2 adults and 1 minor). My name (payer information) is already filled in the 'name - nom' section and I have to fill client date of birth, client id , postal code etc. information. The question is do I just fill my information on this form or does it have to be for each of the applicants?

Do I have to attached one copy of fees receipt per application or just one receipt for all the 3 applications?

You need to fill out your information only if you are the one paying for entire the application.
