HI need advice from members .
applying kids proof of citizenship application kids were born to Naturalized Canadian father kids mother is not PR yet. Did not apply yet once kids application approved than start spousal application process.
at the time of first baby born parents were only Married for 4 months .
mother was married to some one else at the time of relationship start and later got devoiced and married to Naturalized current husband .( kids r Canadian for sure by decent ).
on the Application its asked to write date of Marriage and place
Q1. Does it really matter only married for 4 months before 1st baby born .
WHAT SHOULD CAN BE DONE BEFORE APPLICATION SEND TO CIC .
ANY DOCUMENTS OR EXPLICATION LATTER
SHOULD ENCLUDE PARENTS MARRIAGE CERFIFICATE . ( Parents Marriage Certificate is not required in check list …)
