Hello readers I need some advice regarding proof of citizenship application for miners.
have 3 child was born in us to naturalized citizen Canada father .
Question . kids r in Canada as visitor leaving Canada soon in SEP 2018 .
Can I mail their application from Canada and use usa address on application forms where kids reside before come to Canada. Birth certificate s have same usa address on it .
Certified Notarized Copies and picture stamped from Canada
is this wrong to send application from Canada and on forms using usa address
is it allowed will cic accept it ???

Yes, you can do all of that in Canada, with an address in the USA on the application. That's not a problem.
