Hello! May someone has similar situation or know about it. I have a citizenship certificate with my ex-husbands' last name. Should I apply for a new citizenship certificate with the divorce certificate due to name change on it? Or just "old" citizenship certificate and divorce certificate are needed to apply for a passport with my family name? Basically - do I need to change the name on the citizenship once applying for a passport? Thanks a lot for any suggestion!

You don't need to change the name in the citizenship certificate to ask for a new passport with your desired name.
