I am starting this new thread for 2023 citizenship applicants that have Montreal as their secondary office and are currently experiencing delay. Most people that I have interacted or seen on various other threads have their LPP in progress status while their BG and test is complete. Montreal in 2023 unlike other offices has generally been quick for most applications barring a few. This thread is discussion those edge cases applicants
