Hi. So my spouse worked as independent contractor for 3 months(say Oct-Nov-Dec 2020) but she was attending a bridge course from Aug -2020 to Mar-2021. Now for Question 11 do we need to include both with timeline clashing.

Yes and there can be overlaps between timelines. However, you cannot have gaps. So, go ahead and mention both. Good luck!
