Hi -

I have been staying in canada since 2009 and got PR in 2014.
I have completed 1008 days stay as I moved to US due to marriage.
Now I am in situation where I am loosing previous stay of pre PR credit if my application is delayed.
Is there any chance judge accept your application on humanitarian grounds of unifying family

no. you should have completed 1095 days as of the day you are signing the application. and it can be PR days + credit for non PR days.

No, by Law, you need 1095 days of physical presence in Canada. Sign application on 1096th day at the very minimum. No exceptions.

Zero chance of H&C. If you want to qualify, you need to return to Canada and meet the residency requirement.
