FEB 2020, AOR SEPTEMBER 2020 AND NO TEST INVITATION YET? IS IT NORMAL?

Normal...No. Normal for the COVID pandemic...Yes. I am a March 2020 applicant with AOR September 2020 and just had my test invite 2 weeks ago. It all depends on the office dealing with your application

You are not alone. There are several applicants in the same situation.

Generally, you can find the email ID of the office by :

1. Calling IRCC and asking them
2. Test invite email (which you don't have)
3. GCMS notes
