Citizenship application status

My wife along with my minor child have applied for citizenship in month of June 2014 with all required documents are attached like IELTS(Overall 5 band ) result and other documents as required etc . In month of Aug. 2014 they send a letter for finger prints and also send a book for citizenship test preparation to her .she (My wife) give finger prints as per dates on letter.
My question is as given below-:

(1) How much time they will take for grant of citizenship( Applied for citizenship in June 2014 and finger prints on 17 September .2014) .
(3) Possibility of test date.
(2) How we can check / track of citizenship application status online.

It may take 2-3 month for fingerprint clearance by CPC, Sydney office and once they transfer to local office and local office another 2 month or so.. So you can expect test within 4-5 month from now..

Online status will show your files is In Process. You can log in to for online update with your client ID (PR ID): https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/

After applying for citizenship in month of June 2014 and book for test is received and finger print are also given in moth of Sept.2014 ,now we have shifted to new province .Is there any problem will arise because citizenship application is under process if no problem what is procedure to change the address or how to intimate CIC sydney office (handling citizenship case) at this stage for province change new address.

There is no problem to your application because of moving anywhere inside Canada, except some added delays due to file transfers to/between different offices/LOs.

Call the CIC help line (1-888-242‑2100) and inform about your move.

Update address, you can do this online by yourself too by logging in to e-cas.

or

by sending a Case Specific Enquiry.
