Question number 4-a asking about name exactly as it shown in the PR. My wife name is very long, 5 names plus the family name, so the PR card has only 3 names and half of the fourth name. There is no more space in the PR card.

To fill the application for citizenship, should I write down only what is written in the PR card or the whole name as it appears in the passport? Thank you.

Always use the legal name, it doesnt matter what the PR card or passport has been printed with. I assume that her name did not change since PR applicaiton hence use the one used for PR application(i assume that thats the legal name and not yet changed)

Hi
I would suggest write the name as it appears in the CORR landing Document, PR Card some times strips longer names because of space, the CORPR does not have restriction as such.

Thanks
