I submitted application in Nov 2017. Received letter for submission of police verification.All formalities done. Received letter dated Nov 26,2018 for appearing before surrey office.Since i had planned visit out of country on Dec 04,2018,i requested for change of Date.Sent all documentary proof of travel plans.Being senior in age also exempted for citizenship test.
in spite of number of request, no new date has been conveyed to me as yet.It is almost 19 months since submission of application. Still showing "in process ".
