Dear Friends,

I have paid the fees online for the citizenship application and got a print of the receipt which needs to be attached in the submission package.

I have following queries regarding filling the information in the payment receipt:

1.What do I need to input under 'Client Id' ?

2.I am assuming the information related to Name,Address etc has to be the information of the person who paid the fees online(i.e myself). This is despite the fact that the receipt is consisting of fees for the entire family.

3.Just curious if we need to enter any other information in the receipt as a means of identification(In case the paper receipt is lost,how is CIC going to determine who is this relating to?)

If you have paid total fees under one receipt than print no of copies as per the no of applicant, i.e if 3 person applying then print 3 copies of same receipt. Then fill each receipt with each application name, address and Client ID (see your PR card front side 8 digit). You don't have to write relationship or means of ID information which not required in the receipt.
