Citizenship application - No status update

Hello.

I mailed in my citizenship application on May 1 and when I check the status, it shows nothing. While my brother sent his application on May 20 and his aaplication status updated to 'Received"

By the way, I used trackable mail and the track status shows that the mail was delivered!


Is that normal or I have to call them?

Did you at least receive their acknowledgement of receipt letter of your application after a month from sending your application ?
