Hi all,
I just have a question about the language requirement for citizenship application:
If an applicant didn't receive post-secondary education in English (in Canada or other English speaking countries), what are other options for this applicant to satisfy the language requirement?
I remembered that someone posted somewhere in this forum that IELTS general test result is NOT necessarily needed (IELTS academic test result will be rejected for this citizenship application) and another person posted that some organization (I just can't remember the name of this organization) can evaluate your English level and the result from that organization is accepted. Would some one please help me find what this organization(s) is?
Thank you so much!
