Hi Guys
Hope everyone is well in here. Quick questions and appreciate if seniors/experts can guide further:
1- As law free mobility of permanent residents in Canada for work and living purposes. Having said that, this also applies to provincial nomination candidates once they become permanent residents. So, they can move anywhere in Canada being permanent resident even though they have signed/provided intention to reside declaration in the PR application. Please correct if this is not true.
2- Assuming a case of permanent resident who came under provincial nomination program and nominated by province X. He moves to the province X and lived/worked there, say for 2 years, and then moves to province Y. By the time he become eligible to apply for citizenship, the applicant was working and living in province Y which was not the province who nominated. Does it affect citizenship application? Has anyone with provincial nomination program came across similar situation? If anyone was in similar situation, it will be helpful to understand if there are any issues or points to consider.
Regards
