Citizenship application-Independent contractor address

Hello all,
I currently work as a remote independent contractor from Canada for a company in the US. While filling out the work history form what di I put in the address for my job:
My companies US address (or) my home address in Canada? My company doesnt have a legal entity in Canada

I would suggest the location at which you performed services and was physically present matters. Form or instruction guide doesn't say employer's address, it just tell us what you were doing during that time. That makes me think your physical location
