Does anyone have any information for those applicant over age of 54 which they do not require citizenship test. How does that impact processing time/steps.

From IRCC's perspective, Citizenship Test is likely lower on the list of priorities as compared to the background check, prohibitions and physical presence. Given the current backlog crisis at IRCC, all bets are off so difficult for anyone to predict which way it goes. I personally feel, it is not going to be much of an advantage as far a processing time is concerned.
