Hi, I need some advice about my current situation. So currently as of right now, my PR card is expired and I need to travel outside of Canada around September but my citizenship is processing right now and I already took the test. Now, I need to know whether to renew my PR card since I need to travel outside of Canada or wait for my citizenship but because of Covid I don't think it's going to be processed any time soon.

You might get your citizenship and Canadian passport by September if you have already taken the test but who knows, there are people from July 2019 still waiting for an oath invitation.
PR card renewal takes around 3 - 4 months of time. Wait for a couple of months, if you don't get your oath invite, then apply for PR card renewal since you have to travel in September.
