Hi every body.we have received a oath of ceremony letter(first week of July 2015 winnipeg office) for citizenship from cic.what type of documents required to carry on the day of oath ceremony for adult as well as for my son of 12 years .after ceremony,when we will become eligible to apply and get the canadian passport. what is the procedure to get the canadian passport.what is processing time to issue canadian passport to adult and minor.what we can do if candian passports are required on urget basis due to travelling abroad within one weeks after getting citizenship( we are planning to travel our home country for one month and back) after getting citizenship.tell me if any website link for information of same.

Doesn't oath letter specify what documents you need? I know for sure you need ur PR cards which they will take from you.

After receiving citizenship certificate, you need to wait 2 days before applying for a Canadian Passport.

Canadian passport costs 160$ for 10 years, and you can pay additional 110$ if you want it processed urgently by the next day.

CIC website shows all information for passport so google it for more info.
