Hi

Can I use my IELTS result done in JAN 2010 for showing my language proficiency test for citizenship.
I got my PR in May 2013.

Only me in my family have completed 1095 days of residency in Canada after getting PR as my wife and kids came later. Can my minor kids apply with me, though they have not completed 1095 days.

As I went back to my home country after obtaining PR, do I need to get police clearance certificate from that country.
