Thank you. I have already read that post and I also did some research on it. I just thought that some one else may saw CIT0065 added to his file before his RQ got reviewed. I'm trying to draw a conclusion as to if when CIC add this document to the citizenship file that will mean they start RQ review??? The reason is that CIT0065= Citizenship Application Review form and its one of the documents that CIC must use when the officer start reviewing the file.
