in the question number 4 of the prohibition under the citizenship act. If I had the immigration order to leave the country since 2005 and can not apply any condition come back Canada within one year. Then I came back Canada in 2010 would it still be my prohibition? My oath day is tomorrow. But as interviewed at the test day I already told them even in my application and they approved it . Can anyone give me the answer?

Hello, if you have left Canada and came back, then the order no longer applies to you because it was from a long time, as long as you have met the conditions and requirements. In addition, you have already informed IRCC of the order and they still approved your citizenship application, which makes them aware of your history and arrival to Canada. I believe that you should proceed to your citizenship ceremony since you haven’t been questioned by IRCC and that they are aware of it. When you go for the oath, there will be a prohibition form which you must sign, you may explain to them about your past order and see what they will advise. Keep us updated. Good luck.
