Hi guys, I was trying to fill out the latest form updated in May and came across some questions, hope someone here can help me out. Thanks in Advance!

Q1.
Section 3B – I won’t request for a different name, should I N/A all the fields in this section or just leave them blank?

Q2.
Section 3C – I didn’t have any other names, should I N/A all the fields in this section or just leave them blank?

Q3.
Section 6E – If I lived in a house that has only street number, should I N/A the Apt.no. field or leave it blank?

Q4.
Section 6E – if I only lived in 2 places in the last 4 years, should I N/A all the unfilled fields or leave them blank?

Q5.
Section 6G – I do not have any kids, should I N/A all the fields in this section or just leave them blank?

Q6.
Section 8 – I select No to all the questions, should I also put a N/A to the box below 8F?

Q7.
Section 9E – LINC does not apply to me as I attended a Canadian university. Should I still select “YES” to give my consent to CIC to access whatever they wanted about this LINC thing?

Q1.
Section 3B – I won't request for a different name, should I N/A all the fields in this section or just leave them blank?

---I entered N/A in those fields

Q2.
Section 3C – I didn't have any other names, should I N/A all the fields in this section or just leave them blank?

---I entered N/A in those fields

Q3.
Section 6E – If I lived in a house that has only street number, should I N/A the Apt.no. field or leave it blank?

---Yes, because leaving it blank may mean that you missed that box...

Q4.
Section 6E – if I only lived in 2 places in the last 4 years, should I N/A all the unfilled fields or leave them blank?

---No, leave the rest blank because by filling out the other two, you've acknowledged you read that question and answered it.

Q5.
Section 6G – I do not have any kids, should I N/A all the fields in this section or just leave them blank?
---I just wrote N/A in the last name cell and in the first record, third cell for both tables.

Q6.
Section 8 – I select No to all the questions, should I also put a N/A to the box below 8F?
---No, because you answered Yes to all questions.

Q7.
Section 9E – LINC does not apply to me as I attended a Canadian university. Should I still select “YES” to give my consent to CIC to access whatever they wanted about this LINC thing?
---I wrote a cover letter noting that I did not answer this question because it doesn't apply to me...
