Hi again!
Filling out my husband’s form and he had more than 7 contracts in the past 5 years.
The form doesn’t let me add more lines. I thought of printing and filling out additional pages, but the problem now is that I can’t validate the form nor generate the bar codes!

any suggestions would be appreciated!

That is surprising. I sent my application in June and in the pdf, I clearly see a + icon at the end of last row which lets you add more rows. Don't you see it?

It should show + sign to add more lines. Please make sure you are using the latest form.
