CIO SYDNEY and POLICE CLEARANCE

Hi everyone..

My application received 21 november 2013 cio sydney,ns. still i didn't receive my AOR and medical anyway, my some police
clearances issuing date more than 3 months and 10 dates when cio recieved my application, will it be any problem for me or delay my application? becouse i got some information from cic web. we must submitte our police certificate prior to 3 months from issuing date pls anybody have any idea about this........

Up to you, but I would suggest that you follow the directions of the CIC website. Not doing so will quite possible result in your application being returned. If this is the only issue, and you intend to delay your application beyond the validity of your documents, then you should get new more current documents. My advice is to get a new police clearance that complies with the requirements set, otherwise your application will likely suffer at least some delays getting resolved.
