CIO charged payment but did not receive NOA

Hi,
I noticed that CIO charged my credit card on Feb 24, 2010 but I did not receive any NOA (Notice of Assessment) or acknowledgement from them either by email or regular mail. It has been almost 3 weeks now since they charge the card so should I try to contact them to find out if they sent me email or not.

Can anybody have any idea about this? How long it takes for them to send the receipt

I keep checking my spam mail. But I did not find anything from CIO. Do they take that long to send the confirmation? Is there anyway to contact them in this matter?

One of the first things that is done is get the money. It takes about 2/3 months from the date the application was received at CIO NS before you get either refusal or 120 day letter.
