CIO applications...points for education

Hi guys,

I'm a bit confused about points of masters degree...

On the calculator it says 25 points for masters degree or 17 years of full time education.

I got a 2 years bachelors and now I'm doing a masters from UK (university of Wales), would someone please tell me after completing my masters how many points I'll recieve 22 or 25?

Also, at what stage IELTS result or required?

Not "or", but "and"
