Hi all,

Yesterday and today my wife and I attended a CIIP (Canadian Immigrant Integration Program) course in London. For those that are unaware, in certain countries this is available and is completely FREE. You can apply to attend a course once you get to the medical request stage of your visa application.

Anyway I have documented our experience here for anyone who is interested, and for those that are able I would highly recommend attending! :)

Wayne.

I have also received the brochure of CIIP with MR and PPT request last month. However it has nice valuable information, I could not pay much attention to it since the program is not available in our country. For that I should either visit to Delhi or China. So I found it discomfort.

Hi. Which country are you from?

Yes it is only available in 25 countries I think (mostly around the 4 main hubs of China, Philippines, India and UK). However, until this year it was only available in 3 countries so it is getting better.

I think they are expanding gradually since this thing is costing the Canadian government quite a lot of money so naturally they want to see its success before expanding to more countries.

Dear Friend,
Unfotunately you seem to have missed CIIP session in Nepal from May 31st to June 2nd held at hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza. During registration for the session, there was an option for e-mail/online counselling as well. So could you please try that option. My experience with CIIP is that I am yet to hear from the CIIP partners in Canada as they already have my action plan prepared by CIIP folks.

Thank you cappuccino i took your advice and registered with CIIP
It is a very helpful immigrant agency these people are amazing
thanks

Its not available in Pakistan any longer therefor I registered for their online session, which will happen on Oct 4th. Anyone whose country is not in the list can opt for an online session.

Thanks for the great info Wayne. I am already registered with the CIIP team in the UK and waiting eagerly to start the session.

All the best and many thanks once again
