I am in the process of completing my application online after receive ITA. However the system always indicates error for the portions of spouse's address history and personal activities history. I've looked them over and over but could not find any error. In addition, my address history is exactly same as my husband's, mine is okay. But my husband's just can not get through. According to CIC website, In order to report the technical problem to CIC, I need to send a note by clicking the "share with CIC link" showing on my CIC account page, but I just could not find the link at all.
I am wondering if anyone used to encounter similar problem? Can you share your experience and let me know how you handled the issue?

I did delete all items and re-entered again, but it did not solve my problem. I even tried with different browser. Thank you very much for your help though, I will try again.

start with the most recent one first, i did the same....before i was getting an error

I'm having issues with CRS points, basically I gave ielts again and got all CLB 9, but my points did increase as much as they should have. I have reported the problem and waiting for them.

Basically all points have increased but in the skill transferability for education it should go from 25 to 50 but it did not.

If you want to notify CIC, at the top of the questionnaire there is a button that says "share with CIC". A response will take 10 business days, however.
Hi dan, can you please share the precise link where you saw the button that says "share with CIC". I have checked everywhere and seen nothing. I have tried to reset my GCkey password and my account has failed to log in, but i cannot seem to do that as well and keep getting locked out for 24 hours each time. I have about 2 more weeks to put in my application and would require urgent help button that says "share with CIC". my account details. sent emails and a webform but no response yet. I would appreciate your feedback
