Really frustrated with the substandard CIC website. It is extremely user unfriendly. The navigation is terrible and slow. You type something on the screen and immediately everything gets blocked while it saves the data. I really want to know which company is in charge of the tech. I am a software guy (like everybody else) and I can see this as a buggy release without proper testing.
But the worst is missing data. I typed in Personal History and other sections many weeks ago and every time I login I can see it. But today suddenly it disappeared. Likewise I deleted some data and when I login again after a few hours later it is still there.
I tried reviewing the application multiple times today before submitting it. But some section or the other is getting wiped out.
All I can do is just hope the data doesn't go missing when the officer actually views it.
What can I do now? Should I take screenshots of every page and attach it to the explanation letter?
